Biosciences and Bioengineering department has 30 full-time faculty members and more than 300 students – over 50 M.Sc. students, nearly 50 M.Tech Students and over 220 Ph.D. Students. In addition, there are around 25 Postdocs and 50 Project staffs who are involved with sponsored research work undertaken by the faculty and 17 Staff members who run the administrative offices, laboratories.
