New Entrants 2024-25 Guide
Minute-by-minute proceedings for BSBE Department orientation (26-07-2024, FRIDAY) below:
Reporting Time: 8:45 AM (Contact DCs/ SCs/ Student representatives)
Location: Seminar A, Ground Floor, BSBE Dept.

- 9:00 am: All new entrants gather in Seminar Room A.
- 9:15 am to 9:30 am: Address by the Head of Department (HoD).
- 9:30 am to 10:30 am: Address by the Postgraduate Academic Committee (PGAC), Student Representatives, and a Teaching Assistant (TA) workshop with informal interaction.
- 10:30 am: PhD new entrants proceed to the Computer lab, MTech new entrants head to Seminar Room B, and MSc new entrants remain in Seminar Room A (accompanied by their respective Class Representatives from the senior batch).
- 10:35 am to 11 am: Address by the respective faculty coordinators (Profs):
- MSc 2024-26 batch: Rajesh Patkar
- MTech 2024-26 batch: Nivethida, Deepak
- PhD 2024: Swapnil, Sushil, Sandip
- 11 am onwards: Course registration. Faculty coordinators can remain in their respective rooms to assist.
- 2 pm onwards: Verification of documents (if registration is completed and all documents are available)
