Biosciences and Bioengineering department has 24 full-time faculty members and around 250 students- over 50 M.Sc. students, nearly 60 M.Tech Students and over 140 Ph.D. Students. In addition, there are around 15 Project staffs who are involved with sponsored research work undertaken by the faculty and 13 Staff members who run the administrative offices, laboratories.
