Research
1) Development of CAR-T cell therapy platforms using both viral (lentiviral/retroviral)
and non-viral gene delivery systems for efficient CAR gene transfer into T cells.
2) Application of CAR-T strategies in solid tumor models, with emphasis on overcoming
challenges posed by the tumor microenvironment.
3) Design and development of antigenic peptide–tagged nanoparticles to enhance
antigen presentation and effectively trigger anti-tumor immune responses.
4) Development of in vitro 3D tumor models.
