Floor of Biosciences and Bioengineering building, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, our lab has been instrumental in deciphering the structure and dynamics of proteins involved in crucial pathways such as amyloid formation, centromere assembly, nucleosome dynamics, and the ubiquitin-mediated degradation system. With a focus on NMR spectroscopy along with biophysics and other relevant techniques, we aim to provide mechanistic insights into how the motions, conformational landscapes and interactomes of both folded and intrinsically disordered proteins (or protein assemblies) fine-tune their cellular functions.
