Understanding these questions from molecular signaling standpoints helps us to design novel targeted therapies with better efficacy and less toxicity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">In <strong>diagnosis<\/strong>, the detection of cancer mutations may guide therapeutic intervention and lead to improved prognosis of patients. We try to develop a highly sensitive and accurate <strong>liquid biopsy<\/strong> assay for cancer detection. Aerobic glycolysis ferments glucose into lactate, supporting tumor growth and metastasis, which is accelerated by oncogenic signaling.
