Quantitative proteomics:
Quantitative proteomics is an approach that is extremely useful in understanding global proteomic dynamics in various samples types. It is carried out by in vitro isobaric labeling using iTRAQ or TMT tags or in vivo stable isotopic labeling (SILAC) of proteins/ peptides which are then differentiated by MS. These methods can be used to compare protein abundance between different conditions, e.g., healthy vs diseased, or treated vs untreated, by labeling them with different tags.

Currently we provide the services for Isobaric Tag for Relative and Absolute Quantification (iTRAQ) labeling based quantitative proteomics applications.
