Post translational modifications

Post translational modifications:
Post translational modifications (PTMs), which occur in nearly all proteins and are crucial effectors of cellular processes, can be identified using Mass Spectrometry. These PTMs, which includephosphorylation, glycosylation, acetylation, methylation, etc., can be analysed by mass spectrometry using multiple fragmentation techniques, which yield the most comprehensive structural characterization of modified proteins that can be detected by MS/MS.

Note: We are currently not accepting samples for PTM analysis yet.
